CPCS Recertification Application
Recertification is required every 3 years from the date a CPCS becomes certified in order to continue providing Clinical Supervision and using the CPCS credential. Once you have meet all certification requirements and passed the exam, you will need to complete the application process using the form below.
If your application is missing CE certificates, information, and or exam score, the system will not let a 'Reviewer" see the incomplete application. Application fees are non-refundable, so be sure your application is accurate prior to submission.
CPCS Recertification Application In order to access the Recertification Application, you must be logged in to your account. Once you have signed in, look for Membership Level, and select Change. On the next screen, you will see an option to select the CPCS Recertification Application. Select the CPCS Recertification Application choice and click the ‘Next’ button. Scroll down and compete the CPCS Attestation Compliance section and the CPCS Recertification - 12 hours of approved CE Training/Workshops section. Once the relevant sections have been completed, click ‘Update and Next’ button. This will take you to a Review and Confirm page, where you will submit payment. Once payment is received, a CCALP staff member will review the application and submitted CEs, this can take 3-5 business days.
